The MASS-VIEW® series operate on the principle of direct thermal mass flow measurement. A major advantage of using this type of sensor is that the instruments measure direct mass flow, without the need for temperature and pressure correction.

Orders are shipped from Monday through Friday. Weekend delivery is not available. Products will be sold from stock, unless otherwise stated in the purchasing process. You will be notified when an item is not in stock which will introduce a delay in the delivery time. We do not partially ship orders so when one required item is in stock but another is on a non stock lead time then you should split the order. Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email from our shipper United Parcel Services (UPS). In this email, you will find the tracking number of the shipment.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Our average delivery time is 48 working hours. This means when the order is placed and paid, the order will be dispatched within 48 working
hours. The status of your order can be tracked in your account. Please check the availability which is displayed at every product page. You will
be warned when there is insufficient stock which can lead to a delay in the delivery.

Q: What is meant by ln/min?

A: Mass flow should actually be expressed in units of weight such as g/h, mg/s, etc. Most users, however, think and work in units of volume. No problem, provided conditions are agreed upon, under which the mass is converted to volume. Normal conditions (ln/min): a temperature of 0 °C and a pressure of 1013.25 hPa(a) are selected, and these reference conditions are indicated by the underlying letter “n” in the unit of volume
used. The direct thermal mass flow measurement method is always based on these reference conditions unless otherwise requested.

Q: Can MASS-VIEW be used at sub-atmospheric pressure conditions?

A: Our MASS-VIEW mass flow meters are specified from 0 bar(g), below 0 bar(g) (sub-atmospheric pressure condition) we expect a lower accuracy than specified in the datasheet.
